Orders placed before 1pm EST are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm EST ship the next business day. Please note, delays may still occur during promotional periods. We cannot be responsible for delays incurred by our shipping couriers or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders placed on a weekend or during a holiday are processed the next business day. 

In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within 8 business days of placing your order please contact us at and we'll look into your order for you.

We ship your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.


If you would like to return an item you've purchased from us, you are more than welcome to do so for a store credit or refund, within 20 days of receiving your order. Refunds are for the price of the item(s) only, not shipping costs while store credits are issued for the total amount paid including shipping costs.

Items that were purchased on sale or with a discount code can be returned for store credit only and we do not accept returns on items purchased with a discount of more than 20%.

Please mail your package following these steps:

  1. Submit a return request through your account page on our website, for either a refund or store credit 
  2. Package the item in its original condition
  3. Send your package through a traceable delivery service of your choice to:

Once we receive and process your return (give us up to 10 days), you will be issued a credit note or refund to the original payment method. We will refund you or issue store credit for the price of the item(s). We are unable to refund original shipping charges unless you were shipped a damaged or wrong item. In this rare case, we will refund you for all shipping costs and the price of the item, and your return will be processed free of charge. 
  • Please include the packing list with the shipment.
  • Returns must be sent to us within 20 days of delivery.
  • Items must be received in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject your return if it has an odour of perfume/deodorant or makeup/tanning marks.
  • Sale items and items purchased during promotional sale periods are not eligible for return.
  • Please choose carefully when purchasing swimwear, intimates, jewellery or makeup products as we are unable to accept returns on these items.
