Where are your clothes made?

Pieces that belong to our collections are designed and made in Panama City, Panama.

 

Can I return an item?

Yes, returns for store credit or exchange will be processed free of charge, within 30 days of receiving your order. You will have to cover the shipping cost to return any garment to us. You may not return an item that was purchased on sale.

 

How do I use my store credit?

The store credit will come in a code which you enter at the final page of checkout. Store credit does not cover shipping charges and is a one time use credit so you will need to make sure your order is of equal or greater value to use the full amount.

 

Can I change something on my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at hello@tanapama.com immediately. We generally process orders within one business day, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

 

Can I add another item to my order after I place my order?

If you have already placed your order you will not be able to make changes. Please make a new order and contact us and we will waive the shipping charges.

 

What is a pre-order item?

'Pre-order' is the term used when an item is currently out of stock, but will arrive back in stock within a certain timeframe and is available for pre-purchase. The estimated date of dispatch will be displayed under the description of a pre-order product. We offer lower prices on pre-order items.
